Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are the manufacturer. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory in Shenzhen, China.
 
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for led driver & light order?
A: The MOQ is 2pcs for sample checking is available. We welcome sample order to test and check quality. For formal order, the MOQ is 100pcs/item/size.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Needs 5-7 working days for samples, needs 15-20 working days for batch order production. (depends on the order quantity).
 
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how many days does it take to arrive?
A: For small order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk order, sea shipping is the best with lowest cost, but takes more days.
 
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led driver & light product and use my own package and trade mark?
A: Yes. Normally we offer white inner box and carton box. Use your own design is ok. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
 
Q6: How long the guarantee for products?
A: Yes, It is 2years / 3 years / 5years warranty of our products.
 
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
  Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q8: Does your company accept OEM?
